At our most recent Board of Management meeting, we reviewed and ratified our Anti Bullying policy, Child Protection documents and Swimming policy. We are delighted to be taking part in the ‘Step Into Spring Schools Walking Challenge 2023’ in association with the Cork Sports Partnership and Get Ireland Walking. The challenge consists of 3 distance options (10KM, 15KM and 20KM) and will begin on the 6th February and will run until the 17th March 2023. Here are some photos from our first walk.
Fionnuala and Claire displayed their terrific cooking skills, making pancakes for everyone today. Go raibh míle maith agaibh, they were simply delicious!
We had great fun today using our 6 bricks in many different ways. We followed teacher’s silent instructions; worked in pairs to mirror each other’s builds; played desk Twister and then 1st and 2nd worked on their addition tables while Junior and Senior Infants worked on sounding out words. Everyone worked very hard and had fun at the same time!
